dark0rs3 is ZETECH ‘s official CTF team.
Capture the Flag (CTF) refers to a unique type of security competition where various teams aim to solve security-related challenges. The main objective is to uncover a hidden flag within the challenge and submit it to the judge to earn points for your team. There are two main types of CTFs: Jeopardy and attack-defense.
In a Jeopardy-style CTF, teams work independently to tackle challenges from a provided list. In contrast, attack-defense CTFs require each team to reverse engineer a series of services while simultaneously attacking other teams and defending against incoming attacks.
CTFs are incredibly enjoyable and emphasize learning and developing security skills across a variety of fields, including reverse engineering, exploitation, cryptography, forensics, and more.
